1. Shipping Destinations

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. We currently deliver only to eligible addresses within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Palau, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, outlying islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Due to the size of our washable rugs, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address that can accept package deliveries at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to eligible addresses within our shipping area.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. Processing time does not include transit time.
For this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
The estimated total time from placing your order to receiving it is 5–8 business days, including processing and transit.
These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

5. Checkout Information and Shipping Address

To help us process your order, please complete the checkout form in English only.
Before placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and deliverable. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.
For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once a package has been shipped.

6. Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of your package, we will deduct 20% of the amount otherwise due to be refunded to cover shipping costs.
